隨著生命科學的不斷發展及對單細胞分析手段越來越高的需求,傳統的熒光流式細胞技術已不能滿足科學家們的需要。Fluidigm公司獨有的質譜流式技術(Mass Cytometry)應運而生。它通過對傳統流式技術和質譜技術的整合,是目前單細胞多參數分析中最先進的技術之一。它繼承了傳統流式細胞儀的高速分析的特點,又具有質譜檢測的高分辨能力,更高效、更易用,同時能夠更加深入地進行細胞表型、信號通路和功能的全面研究,是流式細胞技術一個新的發展方向。
