背景概述

DSS(yeasen DSS 60316ES,MW36000-50000)
實(shí)驗(yàn)步驟
1. 以商業(yè)代乳粉配?飲?,每天喂食三次,直到實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)束;
2. 將動(dòng)物分為陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組(Pos),陰性對(duì)照組(Neg),實(shí)驗(yàn)組(Trp);
3. 陽(yáng)性對(duì)照組(Pos):灌注DSS;陰性對(duì)照組(Neg):灌注生理鹽水;實(shí)驗(yàn)組(Trp):灌注DSS+治療藥物;
4. 每只小豬每日攝入量1.25g DSS/kg,灌注5天。

DSS處理的Pos組隱窩結(jié)構(gòu)扭曲、炎癥細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)到粘膜和粘膜下層、隱窩膿腫和隱窩炎。
