嵌合抗體（Chimeric Antibody）是一種通過基因工程技術將來自不同物種的抗體基因片段融合，以創建具有所需特性（如高親和力、低免疫原性）的新抗體分子。
如人鼠嵌合抗體，是由鼠源性抗體的V 區基因與人抗體的C 區基因拼接為嵌合基因，然后插入載體，轉染骨髓瘤組織表達的抗體分子。通常是將小鼠可變區外顯子（包含抗原結合位點）與人類恒定區外顯子（負責抗體的效應功能）融合，構建嵌合免疫球蛋白基因。最終生產一種能夠逃脫人體免疫系統監視，減少對人體免疫系統刺激性的新抗體，同時保留小鼠單克隆抗體的特異性。
