胃泌素(Gastrin I)又稱為胃膜素，是由胃粘膜內(nèi)分泌G細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生的胃腸道激素，是胃酸分泌的有效刺激物。胃竇擴張、部分消化的蛋白質(zhì)、氨基酸以及聞到、嘗到、咀嚼或吞咽食物導(dǎo)致的迷走神經(jīng)刺激都有助于G細(xì)胞儲存的胃泌素釋放。此外，咖啡因、酒精、低血糖、抗酸劑和升高的鈣水平也會刺激胃泌素釋放。血清胃泌素水平升高與十二指腸潰瘍、幽門螺旋桿菌感染、結(jié)腸直腸癌以及其他腫瘤和癌性病變有關(guān)。
