● 工作原理簡化示意圖：
A：凝集素和一抗分別與目標聚糖和目標蛋白結合；
B：寡核苷酸探針（Lectin probe、Mouse probe 或Rabbit probe)分別與凝集素和一抗結合；
C：相鄰寡核苷酸探針（~40mn)發生連接、延伸；D：擴增和檢測：在原始的臨近結合位點生成可見的有色沉淀。
