Pro5® MHC Class I五聚體

Pro5® MHC Class I 五聚體是一項獨-特并經證實的專-利技術，在免疫監測、抗原特異性Ｔ細胞表征以及表位確認領域為行業領-先者所廣泛使用。在全-世-界范圍的所有供應商中，ProImmune 的MHC 多聚體出版物數量的增長速度是最快的。目前引用文獻已超過2000篇，其中一些文章發表在具有頂級影響因子的雜志上，如Lancet, Journal of Immunology, Journal of Experimental Medicin和Blood等。

 

如果您正在試圖檢測一個數量極少的抗原特異性T 細胞群，您就會理解擁有一個靈敏、準確、并能產生可重復性結果的研究工具的重要性，而這正是Pro5® 五聚體所能提供的。Pro5®五聚體由五個MHC-肽復合物經一個卷曲螺旋結構域組合構成。借其平面構型，五聚體中的所有五個MHC-肽復合物均可用于結合互補的T細胞受體(TCR)。每個五聚體還包含高達5個熒光或生-物-素標簽以實現明亮且有效的標記。其可用于檢測和分離僅占淋巴細胞0.02% 的稀少抗原特異性CD8+T 細胞群，其還適用于詳細的表位表征和其他免疫監測。
