RT2 Profiler PCR Array操作流程
首先將RNA樣本反轉錄成cDNA第一鏈，作為PCR模板；接著將cDNA模板與合適的即用型PCR預混液混合，等體積加入到已經固定好基因特異性引物的同一個孔板的每個孔中，然后即可運行real-time PCR循環程序。RT2 Profiler PCR Arrays可與所有QIAGEN、ABI、Bio-Rad、Eppendorf、Roche和Stratagene的儀器兼容。
靈活的布局和對照
RT2 Profiler PCR Arrays有96孔板、384孔板和100孔盤等規格，可檢測84或370個與疾病或通路相關的基因，外加5個管家基因。每個RT2 Profiler PCR Array還包括以下對照因素：數據標準化、基因組DNA污染檢測、RNA樣品質量 、總體PCR性能。
易用的數據分析：
可使用易用的基于Excel的數據分析模板或基于網絡的軟件進行數據分析。
數據分析基于ΔΔCT法，原始數據可對每個管家基因標準化。
