Rockland的高特異性Epi-Plus?抗體可識(shí)別經(jīng)過(guò)修飾的組蛋白和相關(guān)的細(xì)胞靶點(diǎn)，并通過(guò)多種檢測(cè)方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。Epi-Plus?抗體對(duì)這種修飾是特別靈敏和特異的，并且對(duì)相同位點(diǎn)或該蛋白其他氨基酸的其他修飾沒(méi)有交叉反應(yīng)。免疫熒光顯微技術(shù)（IF）、免疫沉淀（IP）、染色質(zhì)免疫沉淀（ChIP）、免疫組織化學(xué)（IHC）和蛋白印跡（WB）的分析驗(yàn)證了Epi-Plus?抗體的有效性。
