No. CDD-H82W6), at 20 ng/well, can bind to the Monoclonal Anti-Human CD3 Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (Clone: OKT3), premium grade (Cat. No. CDE-M120a) with a linear detection range of 8-0.03125 μg/mL.

Details of the assay components are provided in the table above. Biotinylated Human PD-1 Protein, Avitag,His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82E4), at 16 ng/well, can bind to the Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 with a linear detection range of 10-0.0195 μg/mL.

Details of the assay components are provided in the table above. An inhibition Assay was performed to evaluate the interaction between Biotinylated Human PD-1, Fc, Avi tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82F1) and Human PD-L1, His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H5229) using Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 resulting in a typical IC₅₀ of 1.774 μg/mL.

Details of the assay components are provided in the table above. An inhibition Assay was performed to evaluate the interaction between Biotinylated Human PD-1, Fc, Avi tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82F1) and Human PD-L1, His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H5229) using Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4 resulting in a typical IC50 of 9.13 μg/mL.

The example below compares two Donor-Acceptor pairs across ACRO, Supplier 1 and Supplier 2 in a protein-protein interaction assay between Biotinylated Human PD-1 Protein, Avitag,His Tag(ACRO,Cat. No.PD1-H82E4) and Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4. Regardless of the Donor-Acceptor pair used, ACRO’s S/B significantly outperforms that of Supplier 1 and Supplier 2.

Details of the assay components are provided in the table above. An inhibition assay was performed to evaluate the interaction between Biotinylated Human PD-1, Fc, Avi tag (Cat. No. PD1-H82F1) and Human PD-L1, His Tag (Cat. No. PD1-H5229) using Monoclonal Anti-Human PD-1 Antibody, Human IgG4. Using the ACRO’s Toolbox to build the system provides excellent signal-to-noise ratio and repeatability, enabling the complete inhibition curve of the sample to be plotted.

您可根據驗證需求選擇合適的實驗組分并匹配相應的Toolbox，Donor和Acceptor可以靈活搭配。

1. 所選的Donor和Acceptor前體不能相同。例如，若選擇Streptavidin Protein Europium chelate (for TR-FRET)（Cat. No. FRT-TD09）作為Donor，則不能選擇Streptavidin Protein FA-Labeled (for TR-FRET)（Cat. No. FRT-TA01）做為Acceptor，兩者會與反應體系中的同一組分結合，導致體系搭建失敗。

2. 所選擇的Donor和Acceptor不能相互結合。例如，若選擇Monoclonal Anti-His Tag Antibody, Mouse IgG1 FA-Labeled (for TR-FRET)（Cat. No. FRT-TA05），則不能選擇Monoclonal Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody Europium chelate (for TR-FRET)（Cat. No. FRT-TD03），否則在沒有其他實驗組分的情況下兩者也會相互結合，產生非特異信號。

3. 所選擇的Donor和Acceptor只能分別與其他實驗組分之一相結合，不可與其他任何組分發生反應，否則將會造成非特異反應，導致實驗失敗。
